Do you buy and sell used guns?

Yes, we do buy and sell used guns on a case by case basis. We have an extensive collection of pre-owned firearms for purchase in-store. Ask us about our consignment and trade-in options.

Can you special order a firearm for me?

Yes! If we don’t have what you are looking for in-house we are happy to custom order it for you.

Do you conduct firearm (FFL) and NFA transfers?

Yes, we do FFL and NFA transfers. Fees for firearm transfers are $40 per firearm and an additional $25 per firearm as long as it's on the same transaction. NFA transfers are $100 per item.

Can I make changes after my order has been placed?

Unfortunately orders can not be changed after they are placed. Most orders ship within 24 hours. If you contact us at [email protected] or (918) 315-4910 after your order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I return an item?

Please contact us within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Is there anything that cannot be returned?

Yes, however the following items can not be returned:1. Special orders (i.e. products at the warehouse) and products that are custom configured to your specifications.2. ALL Pre-Owned, Used, Military and Consignment firearms are sold “As Is”, and are not returnable.3. Products that have been installed or used after receipt.4. NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork.5. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.6. Any firearm or ammunition.

If I select an FFL from your website during checkout, does that mean you have them on file?

No, this is a general FFL list. Please contact your receiving FFL licensed dealer and have them email their license to us. This is the customer's responsibility to acquire and send to us. If receiving FFL requires us to initiate the request, please provide us with their email and send an email to [email protected]. If you do not see your FFL from the dropdown list, please choose a nearby FFL and email us the new one ASAP to [email protected].

Can I purchase a suppressor online?

In short, YES! However, we don't currently have a system for collecting the ATF tax stamp or setting up your NFA trust online. This is where you will need to come into the store to complete your order. Our expert staff will guide you through all the necessary steps, and our Silencer Shop kiosk makes the process quick and easy.
